Send your name, address and contact number, together with your razor handle only (cartridge must be removed), the original till receipt with the purchase price circled, and reasons for dissatisfaction to the following addresses:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to obtain money back form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Offer is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Employees of the promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with the promotion and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
4. To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee consumers must:

   (a) Purchase any Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor product from any store within the promotional period (October 1-December 31, 2011)
   (b) Send their name, address and contact number, the original till receipt with the purchase price circled, reasons for dissatisfaction and the razor handle (cartridges must be removed) via mail to The Fulfilment Team Procter & Gamble, Level 4, 1 Innovation Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 Australia.
   (c) Enclose receipt as proof of purchase and state reason for dissatisfaction with razor
   (d) Claim period must be within one month after purchase date

   Entry is only valid if all stated requirements above are completed. To verify validity of entry, entrants must retain a copy of receipt as proof of purchase. Multiple entries are not accepted and only one person per household or address may enter. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.

5. Promotion commences October 1, 2011 and closes December 31, 2011. All valid entries will receive a cheque valued at purchase price as per receipt enclosed by consumer. Only those entrants who complete all the required information and can provide proof of purchase will be eligible for the money back offer. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this promotion. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
7. The promoter will collect your personal information to enable it to conduct the promotion and offer you the money back guarantee. In administrating such promotions, the promoter usually discloses your personal information to organisations to which the promoter outsources functions, such as call centres, mailing houses and organisations associated with the promotion. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
8. All entries in this Money Back Guarantee become property of the promoter. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, entrants consent to their information being entered into a database and the promoter using this information to contact the entrant with exclusive offers and updates for products from Procter & Gamble without any reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
